Deposit Amount Required:

To guarantee your room a 1/3 deposit is due upon reservation.

Open all year round. No minimum stay required

Cancellation Policy:

There is a $15 cancellation fee. All of the deposit is returned if cancellation notification is given two weeks prior to the first day of ones stay. Half of the deposit is returned if notification is given up to 7 days before the first day of ones stay. After 7 days, refund of half the deposit is subject to re-rental of the room.

Reservations: Reservations must be made 3 days prior to stay.

Payment: All deposits/payments must be made by Cash/Check/Travelers Checks/Money Orders, this establishment does not accept credit cards at this time.
